I recently change over to sky mobile, I had the iPhone 14 plus the monthly payment was £37 a month, however my payments each month since I had the phone are only £9. Could somebody please explain why, I've been on the sky website and can't find any reason for this.

Hi, I took out a contract with sky for £37 a month, that was January 23. I have paid just £9 a month since.

Ok so just checked my bill and from January to August it states a payment of £9 each month. So then I went on to check Your Sim, device and Accessory, it states my device was dispatched. When I click on it, it tells me to track my order, so I clicked on track my order , it tells me to contact them to get a update on my order.

Hi, we have checked everything there is definitely no payment for my phone going out.

I am going to contact them in the morning to try and sort this out.

I think that is the best thing to do, 150 is the free number to use to call them on.
