Mobile bill query

I have had my mobile account with sky for a long time ago, I only pay £4 per month. I recently got my husbands mobile account with Sky (Last month)I've had a text from sky saying my bill is £8-02, I dont know if they have combined the two bills together.

Does your bill show that you are now paying for two bills. Also if you compare your latest bill to a previous one what is different ?

Re: Mobile bill query

Hi, my previous bill was for £8-40 on 15th Nov, (I think thats when my husbands contract began) all bills before that were £4-02.

Do these bills show that you are paying for both of them as it should say what you are paying for.

I think it is fair to assume that they are charging you for both on the same bill. At least you will both get access to the same piggybank should either of you need any data.

Re: Mobile bill query

Hi, that's what I thought. But I'd wish they'd let me know. Thank you so much for all your help.

The bills are fully itemised - you can expand them and see exactly what you're paying for.
