Mobile bill has is wrong

I returned an iPhone 16 as it was not suitable as I am disabled and it was difficult to hold as it was to big. I have sent it back in ur packaging and spoken to you call centre where I even had to send my proof of postage and was told that my bill will reflect this within 24hours but it has not!!! 
my predicted bill is still showing a charge for an iPhone 16. I am not happy with this as I have had terrible service from your staff already and now I am having to get In contact again about this! 
if this is not sorted I will cancel my direct debit as it is due soon and I am not paying for a phone I do not have!

You are only talking to other customers on here but what we can say is it takes longer than 24 hours for your account to update to show that you have cancelled and returned this phone as you are looking at 2-3 weeks as the phone itself is returned to a company that handles returns for Sky and once that have accepted it then you should see an update on your account.

If you withhold payment then any current services you have will be restricted.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As advised by @PandJ2020 that is definitely not recommended. Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you can't cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky will involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
