Mobile bill, billed twice for same product covering same dates, in 2 separate months
Just upgraded all my families sim deals. I've been billed for the old package in both Sep & Oct bills ASWELL as new product in Oct bill-cannot understand why?

It has probably occurred due to you changing the packages on the sims so going forward due your future bills show any credit for this ?

Hi, thanks for replying, no there's definitely no credits on future bills, just the agreed new package price.
