Mobile account set up but now says cancelled and took my deposit
Hi I ordered a phone and it said complete and took my deposit and then had a mail saying cancelled but my order is set up and sky billing in set up, and it's not pending in my bank anymore I don't know if it's gone through or not has anyone had th same thanks

Hi @Richard329 this usually means you have failed Skys more enhanced credit checks. The emails sometimes come in the wrong order. A call to sky will confirm but they won't be able to tell you why.

Ok thanks, with my deposit not pending anymore and is showing as it's took in my bank will I get the money back, also if I go into the sky account it's all set up and everything even a bill, so confusing lol

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
