I have recently upgraded my phone and accidently requested a SIM rather than choosing teh SIM free option. Do I need to return the SIM o9r will it just be deactivated after a few weeks.
In addition I need to return my old phone but did not get the appropriate return labels etc. What can I do to trade the old phone in.
Thank you.

Thevreturn label should be on the inside of the packaging that your new phone will come in, it might be quite small so can be missed. You can then use this packaging to return your old phone,
