Mobile SWAP issue - inability to progress past credit agreement screen

Hi

Trying to progress my new mobile SWAP order but keep getting stuck on the 'sign credit agreement' screen. It says credit check successful and i've confirmed all the agreements but then it won't progress. Any thoughts/fixes pls??

You may have to call Sky on 150 to sort it

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
