Hello ive got huge mobile payment due to , I dont understand why ? is it because I was calling someone who lives a broad in USA

@AUDRIU International calls are not part of your Sky Data plan as that on;iny includes calls to UK 01, 02, 03 & UK Mobiles.

Therefore you will be charged for calls that fall oustide that plan.

So thats why Ive been charged massive amount it is crazy because I wasnt aware of that

I'm afraid the onus is on you, the customer, to know what calls are or are not included in your inclusive calls. Sky can't be held at fault for you ringing someone in America.
