So Lisa P, no fix or solution for us users paying for a service we are not getting. 

This is in breach of contract is it not? 

It would be good to get some contact from Sky.

There is clearly an issue with sky i would like to know why your keeping it a secret from all your customers what the issue is shouldnt you be contacting all your customers to advise whats going on. Your mobile data isn't working. I will be sending a complaint

Despite two phone calls and a new SIM card I still have no mobile data. Operative kept trying to tell me it was a problem with a local mast, however that doesn't answer why  can't get mobile data anywhere outsid of a wifi zone.  i then got a text msg stating there was nothing wrong with the local area signal!!

I travel around with work and cannot use my phone apart to make calls. Extremely inconvenient and downright annoying when I can't use a car park becuse I can't access the App. There is obviously an issue here, I'm not alone, come on Sky sort it out!

No network

Well what a waste of time that was, over 40 minutes today on phone and actually ended up worse off than start of call. Haven't been able to use data - no network issue for 2 weeks, new SIM hasn't  sorted it, lost count of TOTO done.After today's call can't even make calls or use SMS. Patience well and truly stretched. Now waiting for a phone call from Sky on seperate number, not holding my breath! TV, Broadband, phone and mobile all on @Sky seriously considering other providers now. Had enough of poor service.

Still no mobile data, I have reset my settings using advice from My Sky where they text you with the settings. 

Also no communication from Sky personnel on here. 

Come on Sky like the lady above beginning to think paying lots of money to Sky each month is not a great idea. 

Some answers would be good.

Icant connect to my sky mobile data it's keeps on saying that it has connected but I don't have WiFi connection and it can't configure it tell me that it can't configure the vpn settings please can you send me a link that works please. Thanks

It is the APN settings not VPN that it needs so try this:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
