I'm always having issues in my area with signal. Always get H! Can somebody contact me to discuss this. Had 2 telephone interviews for jobs and it messed up so badly for me as I couldn't hear then properly, paying for a service I can't even use! 😞

Hi, I'm also having issues with mobile data since receiving an email/text from Sky saying they had had issues. I had the issue today in Bristol 5G area and everywhere at home.

I solved the problem when I went onto my sky account and added an eSIM, now data working fine on the eSIM but not on the physical SIM which I subsequently removed form my phone.

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Still no response from Sky. I have been out driving around the county this evening and only got WhatsApp messages and emails etc when I got home and my phone connected to my home WiFi. So it is not a bad reception issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 .
Come on Sky let's have some input.
