I'm always having issues in my area with signal. Always get H! Can somebody contact me to discuss this. Had 2 telephone interviews for jobs and it messed up so badly for me as I couldn't hear then properly, paying for a service I can't even use! 😞

Hi, I'm also having issues with mobile data since receiving an email/text from Sky saying they had had issues. I had the issue today in Bristol 5G area and everywhere at home.

I solved the problem when I went onto my sky account and added an eSIM, now data working fine on the eSIM but not on the physical SIM which I subsequently removed form my phone.

My Wife has been having issues for over a week now with Data at here workplace in Wednesfield West Midlands

 

Sometimes some things work other times nothing

I want to roll some data onto my wife's from my piggybank... no option to do this... just keeps going to phone offers

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am unable to use my mobile data and haven't been for days now. I assume you will be refunding all your customers for your issue

Still no response from Sky. I have been out driving around the county this evening and only got WhatsApp messages and emails etc when I got home and my phone connected to my home WiFi. So it is not a bad reception issue.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 . 

Come on Sky let's have some input.

Hi there! I've read this thread and I'm having the same issues with my mobile data! Everything was been working fine until Thursday 2nd May when it suddenly stopped. Please can I have some help? I've tried all the online help and it's still not working. I'm going mad with it! Thanks x
