Mobile Data not working in New Phone

I just got a Moto G53 5g handset (unlocked) which I have put my Sky SIM in, however the Mobile data is not working. I have checked the handset settings and data is on and I have enabled 5g on my Sky plan. I have asked for the settings to be resent but nothing comes through. I am at a loss as to what to do. Anyone any idea?

You could try adding the settings yourself:

 

Name: Sky Mobile Internet

APN: mobile.sky

I wonder if this issue was ever resolved. I have the same or very similar issue.
