Just received latest mobile bill and horrified to see that instead of usual £20 per month charge it was actually £109! On checking, it identified £89.50 worth of international calls.
when I checked, the bill itemized 40 calls all made on the same day to an American number. The calls started at 08.40 and went right through till 16.00. Each call lasted only a matter of seconds.
i called Sky Help and spent over 50 minutes trying to explain that this was a mistake. Don't know anyone in the USA and the call pattern was just illogical- no one would sit on the phone for 8 hours redialing the same number.
I was told the calls had been made so there was nothing that could be done . I tried again and asked them to look at the call logs of my mobile for last three years and no international calls have been made and bills always £20.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thank you but I can't see any of the apps can have done this as don't have that many .
it is totally strange tgat tgeycsrexall on same day and when you look at the times done are only 20 seconds in between - but none of them lasting long enough to have any sort of conversation. I have tried to look up the money but nothing coming up

It shows one call in the log which is strange but not 40.
I really cannot explain it at all. Not sure if phone has been hacked but don't understand why the mum bet is in the call log as I certainly didn't call it.
