Mobile Account not showing in App

I can no longer see and access my mobile account through my sky app or online. It says my mobile account is linked but I can't see it. It means I can't use data from my piggybank or see any of my account info.

If you are sure you are logged in with the correct details for your main Sky ID yhen give Sky a call so that they can help you with this.
