Missing accessories from phone deal

I recently swapped my iPhone 15 for the new Samsung s25 and as part of the swap the phone was meant to arrive with a Galaxy watch7 and Galaxy Buds3 Pro's. I received the phone and the watch but I'm still missing the ear buds I called customer service and they said that sometimes items arrive separately. It has been a week since I last spoke to someone about it and yet have not received anything. Do I call again or do I just keep waiting for these earbuds or do I just give up hope and accept the fact I will most likely not get them? I have also tried looking online about what to do and it seems nobody else has had these issues and the sky assistant bot has no clue what I'm inquiring about.

I am waiting for the same i have looked on the sky website and if you was to buy them separately the delivery time is 2 - 3 weeks
