Missed calls from 07368 numbers

Hi,

I got a new phone / number from Sky a couple of weeks ago, and the last two days I've had 3/4 missed calls from random 07368 numbers which is a Sky provicer. I rang one back and the lady said she didnt ring me?

Anyone else had this? Could it be a spam thing? Just seemed weird as they were all 07368 and all started yesterday

Aren't 07 numbers from mobiles because if so it could be a scam call so try blocking the number.

Don't forget there are very few (if any) new numbers so there's every chance your number has been issued previously and now recycled to you.

Incoming calls can be easily spoofed.  I get several a week from random mobile numbers and they are not actually the number calling...

We are experiencing same on the 07368 phone numbers . People call me asking why I called and I explained I have not (my number is also 07368) and me and wife getting lots of calls that if you call back have not called you. Again from 07368 number range . It is spoofing but a lot are scammers spoofing to look like a nunwvr that starts with 07368

Let me guess your number also starts with 07368 like mine and my partners and we're with them, we have all sorts going on with our numbers all the time, most days we get a call through WhatsApp saying I can't ring you on your number as it says your number is not known, so we go and check and it does it when we try and ring each other, the only thing that fixes it most of the time is turning our phone off and back on then it works again, this happens multiple times a week and can be any of our phones and it stops us ringing out on it when it happens too, I doubt very much it's the phones themselves as they are very well looked after and we've only had them about a year now

Same thing happening to me over the last three weeks. Called the numbers back and people are really confused and say they've never rang me?? My number also starts with 07368. When I answer the calls originally is silent for about 5 seconds before it hangs up? Unbelievably odd, anyone know what's going off?

I still get it too, had (Removed) ringing me for ages. When I tried to ring it back it says unavailable

Is this something Sky are aware of? Do you think it's a Sky mobile problem? So if I went to EE but kept the number the same thing would happen?

Have these issues been goin g on a while? Ive never really had it before thats the only reason I ask

Just another for those who have had it. How long did it? Does it eventually stop after a while?

Still not stopped for me, ordered a new sim to see if it helps

Always different numbers?  I haven't ever answered any calls. I had a couple a day over a weekend. Then nothing until today. Annoying though isn't it?
