Where are you located? I'm in North Wales, I can't get texts from anyone. I can send but not receive.

I'm in Pontypridd,South Wales,,not been able to make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls.only txt messages...frustrating as one of my Aunts was taken in to hospital yesterday and can only use txt messages to find out how she is.

Absolutely hopeless and frustrating. This has happened to me before last year. It did come back quite quickly, but this has been going on since Thursday now. I've had to get people to WhatsApp me, but it doesn't work for everyone that usually texts. Hope you get it back soon 😀👍.

Sounds as if it's more of a network problem. I doubt it's your sim or phone.

I've had that before. It's definitely a network problem.

I have the same problem, happened last year too. Apparently there are no service issues in my area! I've not been able to make or receive calls since the end of last week 🤬

Yes, I am having the same problem. It is now 1 July and I have tried to chat, email via internet to resolve problem but no luck. Is Sky mobile still in business? What is happening.

Sky uses 02 network as far as I'm aware it's not full access to the full 02 network, hence everyone would be better off joining 02, best someone can do if they are not receiving the services they are pre written in the contract between sky and yourselves, and it seems sky continues to break the contract unless it's down to "mother nature" you could in effect gather proof you are not receiving the full sky experience and agree to leave the sim only contract and join another network which before you do make sure the network you choose covers at least 4G, 3G I'm sure is now being rolled out of existence, EE claim to have 5G in my area however in my bedroom I only receive 4G with 2 bars at best, and the good thing sky mobile devices are unlocked to any network so you could keep your number and join another network that caters to your location, the UK is way behind in its internet speed, and mobile networks, it's still living in the 1990s in some rural areas which is totally unacceptable
Read the T&C of your agreement with your sim contract carefully negotiate and resolve, and if you have a device this can still be paid the same way it would merely be the network you would be changing, I'm unsure where you stand in the way of compensation for loss of service whether it's 7 full days or more or........again someone from sky mobile can help you with this this is merely a forum.
Best of luck hope everything gets fixed and up and running
