Previous posts on this topic suggest the Sky offering is whatever Apple offers as the baseline model. I've already suggested to them that they really need to make the actual hardware specification much clearer rather than copying wodges of content from the Apple Store web pages.
Sky pricing is likely to be higher than Apple list price for the same item because Sky is offering credit terms and would also quite like to make a profit themselves: the historically outrageous Apple margin is built-in (literally) by them being the manufacturer.
