Reoccurring issue that has resulted in no phone signal whatsoever in the M26 1 Prestolee/Ringley area. Phone mast has been down for at least 10 days no resolution don't even have one bar of signal can't receive calls or texts no doubt they will try take my bill tomorrow even though my phones been pretty much useless for ten days

Once repaired you should call sky to discuss credit being applied to your account for loss of service. You can call on 150 but it's not worth doing until the service is restored fully.

They will. Do not feel tempted to block it - bills must be paid otherwise it will result in account restrictions, late payment charges etc.
As above, any compensation for service issues is via credit agreed with Sky. Ideally, you should report it asap as they may only credit from that point to resolution.
