I've just gone to set up my Daughters new phone but we can not find the sim card that came with it. I've looked on the App to see if I can request a replacement but no luck. Do I need to call sky?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lyndz80 Did you have the sim for more than 30 days befoe wanting to use it? If so it's likely the sim has dropped off the account and you'll need to order a new one.
