Hi I've been on that and I don't know what to do... I only need it blocking can't be that hard to do it. Was easy before changed everything

You need to call sky using the number(s) mentioned in the help page @Loopylou85gy  you have to report it to Sky or you will be liable for any charges made against your sim.
