Lost phone and trying to get eSim on new phone

I lost my phone. 

 

On the sky app it says to re-install the sim but it sends the verification code to your phone number. There's no option to send it to another phone. 

 

I rang today off a friend's phone and they said they'd send an email with the details, I haven't received anything. 

 

I can't ring anyone 'cause I've no phone with a network or landline. 

 

Called in to Sky shop and was told to go online or ring them. 

 

I've ordered a physical sim but that's not arrived either. 

 

Has anyone been able to find a workaround..?

If you have reported the lost device phone to Sky then they should have blocked it and they might have also blocked the sim.

 

You might want to register the stolen device here:

And if you can't move the esim over you might have to use the physical sim when it turns up via Royal Mail,
