My friend has recently sent an iPhone back by recorded delivery however the parcel has been lost and he can't get through to sky

As he hasn't managed to get in touch with the courier and he has proff then as @Daniel0210 has said he now needs to get in contact with Sky as he has done his part by returning the device.
