Lost parcel

My friend has recently sent an iPhone back by recorded delivery however the parcel has been lost and he can't get through to sky

Has he spoken to the courier to see what they say and also does he have proof of posting or online tracking >

He needs to persevere on the phone. If he has another Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise he can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if hes prompted to. Depending on his particular issue the operating times of the various departments may differ.

As he hasn't managed to get in touch with the courier and he has proff then as @Daniel0210 has said he now needs to get in contact with Sky as he has done his part by returning the device.
