I lost my mobile on Nov 12th, I'm using sky sim in the mobile. As soon as I lost mobile I called sky network to blacklist my phone and replace a new sim, but the agent whom I spoke to gave a false information, she asked me to provide them with proof of replacement from the insurance company in order to blacklist the mobile. I immediately called insurance company for proof of replacement letter they took one week to provide me one. In a meanwhile i got the replacement sim, I inserted replacement sim another mobile for day to day work.
After I got proof of replacement letter, when i called sky to blacklist my mobile they took proof of replacement but they are saying we cannot blacklist it as I already activated my sim in another mobile , so sky doesnt have any data of lost phone so they cannot blacklist it, now I'm helpless and no one is helping me, I'm calling sky mobile million times no one is able to help me to blacklist the mobile which I lost using sky sim in it. Please someone help me with this
