Loss of service
I stay in Aberdeen I have always had good coverage. Unsure what's happened we are being told it's a mast issue and should be resolved that was 19 days ago. Unable to make calls. Getting a bit of a joke now. I know it's not just Sky but what will happen
if this is not solved will be tied to contacts and what if any compensation will we receive it's both myself and my daughter.

Re: Loss of service
Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so you, and others in the area, are relying on a third party repair.
There is no set compensation for such an issue but once it's fixed contact Sky and see if they will apply a credit to your Sky account as a goodwill gesture.
