Have tried on website and in app to swap iPad for newer one on 36mknth contract. However each time after selecting the device, storage etc and go to next step the same message comes up saying there is an issue it's with sky not me

You may have to call (150 from a Sky phone or click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page) & have support place the order for you.

I am having the same problem and I have tried 3 different browsers on my computer, as well as trying on my ipad. I am getting very irritated.
