If you can't do this and you have a credit agreement with Sky then you can call them via the free 150 number to ask them to do this for you. This is because only somebody aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement with Sky so they will already know that you are 18 or over.

You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
