Locked out of mobile

Daughter has new s24 and has just locked her out did have fingerprint but has gone and asking her for here code but can't remember what it is can anyone help thanks.

Nope, we don't know her code either.

 

Generally, the security on modern devices means there's no easy way in other than a factory reset and restore from backup.

@Phill69 If your daughter has a Samsung account then you may be able to unlock it via the "find my phone" service(if remote unlock has been switched on).

If your daughter doesn't have a Samsung account or remote unlock isn't active then the only way to regain access will be to perform a factory reset, that will erase all data.

 

Factory Reset Samsung S24 Ultra in Recovery Mode
  1. First, turn off your Samsung phone. ...
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up, Power, and Home buttons until the Samsung logo appears.
  3. Press the Volume buttons to scroll down the options.
  4. Use the Power button to select "Wipe data/factory reset."
  5. After that, use the the Power button to select "Reboot system now."

Can't get into her phone and tried to do buttons on side but nothing happens will not rest.
