I've purchased a tablet but I need to link the new tablet to my existing skyid but when I try it's saying details not recognised and also for some reason the first payment failed and I need to pay but I can't as I cannot link them. Tried calling yesterday but there was over an hours wait. Thanks

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thanks for the escalation, Unfortunately due to technical difficulties, after a recent systems update, we are unable to access the system required to deal with escalations, we are working on a fix and are hoping to be logged back in soon, this does not however affect other contact channels, only community messaging:
