Linking mobile number to my account

I have a sky account where I can view my tv, broadband and mobile phone but the mobile sim linked is wrong. I have activated a second sky sim I have but cant view this in my account. I need to view it to review data usage/data leftover to ensure my daughter has enough. Help please

Hi @Laura140987  this sometimes seems to happen when the additional sim is for some reason allocated to a different email/login. You will need to call sky on 150 so they can look into this for you.
