I have a new iPhone and new iPad and have been trying to link my sky app to my mobile account. Whenever I do this though I get an error. The app worked fine on my old phone but not on my new one or the iPad.
I have tried searching the forum for an answer but all the other posts with the same issue are just resolved with the issue being escalated to chat online with a member of the sky team.
Does anybody have a solution or do I just need to wait for my post to be escalated as well?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
