I'm trying to log into my sky mobile account via My Sky, but it says I need to "link account". I enter the details asked for. (surname, postcode and last 6 digits of bank account I use to pay my bill). However, it then says account already linked and won't let me go any further.
I activated my sim the other day but I still have 5 more to activate for family members.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
