Limited mobile phone options?

Been a Sky customer for 6 years, had 3 phones on contract that are fully paid off (for myself and household family members) and one current phone on contract.

 

I want to get another phone, but of the 35 phone options they have, I am only able to select 8 of them. Everything else is greyed out and I can't click on them. The 8 that I can click on say "from £xx a month", and the rest that are greyed out all just say "£0 a month", but I can't even click on them. The phone I wanted to get is one of the ones greyed out.

 

It's not even giving me error messages/notices. Nothing to give a reason as to why my options are limited.

 

Anyone else having this issue? What is the reason for this?

Hi @Littleladie  havd you tried with a different browser or with a different device ?
