Left with restrictions on my account without warning tried to call and told lines close at 9pm yet i

Left with restrictions on my account without warning tried to call and told lines close at 9pm yet i called at 8:45 and now I have no way of contacting anyone in an emergency or to arrange a lift to work tomorrow morning and i cant get in touch with my kids who are away this week? Who can I call/text/email whatever to get my account unrestricted asap!!

Hi @Bodybags  if your services have been restricted because of missed payments then you must clear the balance, you should be able to do this via your account. Sky won't accept promises to pay no matter what some CS advisors say. Once you have paid and set up a new continuous payment method and once the payment has cleared Skys account they will then reinstate you.

I changed my bill payment date from the 8th to the 16th as I get paid then and without the ability to receive a text message I can't access the account I need to pay the £8 bill.. and no warning whatsoever not even a text to say that It's going to be restricted! No links work and the chat and call centre are closed and both earlier than they said! Giff gaff is a better network than this and they have 24hr support??

When did you change the payment date ?
