Last time I went abroad I was unable to use my roamin plus . I m

I want to use my raining plus from today till 28th August . Last time I arrived in Spain with no data or calls . Can you please ensure I have roamin plus from the 20th Aug to 27th August . I do not wish to be stranded at Murcia as last hol. Urgent

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

For Spain it should cost you £2 for each 24 hours use of your home allowance. You need to ensure roaming and mobile data are turned on in your phone settings and it will kick in when you send a text, make a call or use a small amount of data. Set any spend cap to cover the total number of days you are there. Remember that calls to local numbers are charged extra at international rates.

 

There is now a fair usage policy. Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus is now limited to 25GB per billing period then it's £2.50per GB. 

From Skys own website...

When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel.
