Landline calls cannot call my mobile phone

I have a new iPhone 14 Pro with sky mobile.

it has been a nightmare setting up!

finally got it all working EXCEPT I can NOT accept calls from landlines to my mobile.

when a person calls me from a landline there is no tone for about 30 secs then goes dead!

I am missing important calls because of this!

I have checked everything on my phone.

please help!

Do you have Wi-Fi calling turned on via your iPhone because if you do see what happens if you disable it. If you don't have this turned on then this will need investigating by Sky so they can be called for free via the short 150 number,
