Lack of phone credit

IMG_6127.png

Promised an email when old device received no email or text sent after 27days

promised a valuation within 4 to 5 days of receipt still no value offered after 27days

spoke to an advisor after 14 days who acknowledged receipt of device and promised it would show on my next bill

well it showed as another monthly charge for a phone I no longer have and haven't had for 27days

shame on you Sky for shoddy service and taking money under false pretence

Any such payment would go towards paying off any outstanding credit - it's not 'lost'.

Re: Lack of phone credit

Well you are right if course but what about the rental charge I am still being charged for a phone I no longer have and haven't had for almost a full month that's my issue really not so much the final trade in value

Sky Mobile does not offer device 'rental'.  All phones are purchased via a credit agreement.
