Keeping same mobile number

I am a current Sky mobile customer, just upgraded phone with new data contract. Activated new SIM and received new number but I want to keep old number, how do I do this please?

@Antony10  You can't port your number from your old sim to the new one, you'll need to call Sky to cancel the new sim & transfer the new data plan to the old sim.

 

You need to be using the old sim.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
