I have recently got sky mobile and sent my old networks pac number but my number still hasn't changed

When did your send Sky the pac code, if it was over the weekend then this would be the same as if you sent the number today so the number should then transfer tomorrow.

Have you had confirmation that the number has transferred?

Check under the phone's settings as it may show the sim's temporary number, if so you can change it to your number.
