Good day all,
I'm trying to buy a mobil contract with handset. I am asked my previous addresses for the past 3 years. I didn't live in the UK by then, so I cannont enter a post code that is accepted.
Any suggestion on what/ how I should do?

Hi @Kestrel69 if you don't have a previous UK address you may struggle to get a credit agreement for a phone. You would be able to get a sim or buy a phone outright in one payment but I don't think you will get the device contract.

I think the best thing you can do here is to phone Sky, if you are abailable to pay for the device in full then that would help but if not speak to them about this.
