Just received new phone and unsure if ineedto
Just recieved my new phone and a simbut I'm keeping my original number. Is the sim for another device

Hi @Chez67 did you request a new plan ? sometimes sky send a spare sim or you may have been sent the 100meg free sim ? Does the new sim appear in your account to be activated ? You can just put your old sim in the new phone and that will keep the old number and plan.
