Just joined and I'm getting screeching sounds during calls

Hi i joined sky mobile yesterday and during calls im getting a loud screeching, the other person cant hear it only seems to be my end.

 

I never had any problems before joining sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@DaBet 

You will need to report this to Sky so 150 is the number to use if your mobile has a Sky sim in it. Say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.

Ive spoken to them and they said its because my number hasnt fully transferred over after i switched yesterday??
