Just got a new SIM from Sky and can't get data??

I got a sky SIM card and can't get data on it ?

I have. WiFi is working fine but when I switch to data I get nothing. I've tried everything.

I got it working. I switched preferred network from 5 G to LTE and it's working perfectly. Thank you.
