I've just ordered a mobile phone  and part of the deal I get a free laptop. Is there anything I need to do or do I just wait for it to turn up

If you placed the order for your Samsung mobile online then the link on the page namely this one tells you what to do as you have to put in the claim yourself:

Upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

There was no claim, only statement was to add phone to basket and the laptop will be sent out with 31 days of arrival, no claim address and no add the item to the basket, its the offer statement nor in the legal bit about said offer
