I've had a iPhone 11 fully paid for and it's still showing on account how do we get to take this off as no longer have it

@Return+postage 

They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
