I have just got a new mobile accoun with Sky and have had an e-mail with a link, to link my old/existing Sky id account to my new mobile. Every time I follow the link and put in all of the correct info, it comes up with an error message. Until this is done I can't activate my sim or use my new phone etc... Can anyone help? I'm getting no response on the phone or an answer from the chat bot!!
