Issues accessing credit agreement via app and email

I'm having issues when accessing my credit agreement so I can sign it for my mobile swap, everytime I click on sign credit agreement there is an error issue that states "were sorry there has been a problem try again" I have reset my password, deleted history including cookies.  I spoke to an adviser from sky yesterday and I was promised a call back or text today with an update, I haven't received anything this has been since last Friday 11th July, I just want to sign the credit agreement

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
