Issue with my bill

I've called sky two weeks ago about the issue l have l brought a iPhone 17pro max and l didn't like it and l returned it on the 10 October and I'm still paying for the phone I meant to be paying like £60 and I'm paying £138 for the last bill and l need a refund for the iPhone 17pro max as I've returned it back and the system needs sorting out so the next bill will be like £60 not £98

Returned devices need to be processed and checked for damage etc which takes a number of weeks at which point your bills should be amended.

Unfortunately, 'refusing' to pay may not be a good idea.  Once the return is processed your overpayments will become a credit (and can be returned if no further bills to pay).
