Issue with monthly bill with new phone take out

Hello,

 

can someone help me. I took a new phone out and got 15gb worth of data. When I registered the sim, it only gave be 2.2gb and then refreshed days later to 15gb.  Why wouldn't they give me 15gb if they charge me full price?

First month is pro-rata.  (You'll be charged pro-rata too)

As above when your first activate the sim you don't get the full amount as what you get is based on the numbers of days before it resets which will be your billing date after which you will get the full amount each month.
