I am both a Sky Mobile and Sky Talk customer. My sister changed her landline provider in the Republic of Ireland last week and since then I have not been able to contact her. Every time I try calling it suggests the phone number is not valid. Despite this I can phone her from my work landline without issue so the issue cannot be her end. Can anyone assist?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat you need to do @Christine305 is to report this to Sky so it can be investigated by one of their teams. From either your landline phone or Sky Mobile the free number to call them on is just 150.
