Is there a way to have personal hotspot enabled ?

Is there a way to have personal hotspot enabled on an unlimited data plan, I often use mine to tether to my laptop!

I have read the policy and understand the limitations. However the option isn't there, and I was wondering is there a way to add it through settings ?

Any luck with getting tethering set up? It's a dealbreaker for me with sky mobile if I can't.
